Prize
There will be two (2) prize winners.

Unless otherwise requested by the winner, Pooka Farms will humanely dispatch the hog and deliver it, at no additional charge, to a USDA or custom-exempt meat processor located in the Homer, Kenai, or Soldotna area, as selected by the winner and subject to the processor accepting animals at the time of harvest.

At the winner's request, the winner may instead take possession of the live hog directly from Pooka Farms.

The winner must arrange for pickup of the live hog, or delivery of the dispatched hog to the selected meat processor, within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing. This period may be extended by Pooka Farms in the event of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Pooka Farms.

Each winner is solely responsible for all processing, cut-and-wrap, smoking, curing, specialty processing, packaging, storage, transportation from the processor, and any other fees charged by the processing facility.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500.00 for each prize. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $3,000.00.

The stated Approximate Retail Value reflects the estimated retail value of one (1) approximately 600-pound Tamworth market hog at the time of harvest. Actual market value may vary based on prevailing livestock market conditions; however, no cash equivalent or adjustment will be made based on any difference between the stated ARV and the actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

No cash substitutions, transfers, or prize exchanges will be permitted. If circumstances beyond the control of Homer Senior Citizens, Inc. make either advertised prize unavailable, Homer Senior Citizens, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in accordance with applicable Alaska charitable gaming regulations.
