We’re excited to remind you that the Annual Membership Meeting for Homer Senior Citizens, Inc. is just around the corner—Thursday, May 15th. This is your chance to hear about the wonderful things happening in our community, enjoy some light refreshments, and catch up with friends and fellow members.

Most importantly, it’s a time to make your voice heard. You’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with the Board of Directors, share your ideas, and vote for three new board members who will help guide our organization forward.

Interested in getting more involved?

Now is the perfect time to consider running for the Board of Directors! You don’t need to be an expert or have prior board experience—what matters most is your passion for supporting seniors in our community.

​

You might be the perfect fit if you:

• Care deeply about the well-being of seniors in Homer

• Have a family member in our assisted or independent living

• Bring experience in elder care, health care, housing, finance, or other helpful fields

• Simply want to make a positive impact in our organization​

Board members typically dedicate 8–12 hours a month, and your voice could make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elders.
